Take Me There!
Spring at Last!

As the Massachusetts cold makes its final stand and the birds begin their songs anew, take a moment to celebrate this season of rebirth.

At Seaside Sustainability, we fight to ensure that the sights and smells of Spring - the blooming of flowers, the rays of sunshine cascading from a clear blue sky, the splashes and laughter from loved ones as they enjoy our beautiful natural coastlines - are preserved for generations to come. We owe it to ourselves, our children, and our planet.

Marine Debris Has Met Its Match

The Clean Coast Coalition is an exciting partnership between Seaside Sustainability and Keep Massachusetts Beautiful. We have joined forces to address the marine debris problem along New England coastlines through action, innovation, and education.

The Clean Coast Coalition aims to improve water-based ecosystems through the use of “BlueTech” devices like the BeBot and Pixie Drone. These devices will not only reduce the amount of harmful debris present in local waters, but also help to educate the local community about the dangers of marine debris in their environment. Through the collection of water quality data, camera footage, and waste retrieved by the devices, we strive to raise awareness and inspire residents to prevent debris from entering waterways in the first place.

What Can We Do to Create a More Sustainable Future?

The battle between our planet and the pervasive presence of plastic has reached a critical point. Plastic pollution has emerged as one of the most pressing environmental issues of our time, posing a grave threat to the very ecosystems that sustain us.

So, how do we combat plastic pollution, and what does a sustainable future actually entail? Is a completely plastic-free world possible?
