It has been reported that a tanker has been attacked Approximately 173NM Southwest of Agbami Terminal. Eight heavily armed pirates onboard one speedboat have managed to board the vessel. Initial reports are indicating that up to fifteen crew members are missing. Castor Vali will continue to investigate this incident and will update accordingly.

UPDATE: The Tanker has arrived at Cotonou and it has been confirmed that fifteen crew members have been kidnapped, nine Russians and six Ukrainians. Castor Vali will continue to investigate this incident and will update accordingly.
