Dear Friends,

Merry Christmas! By God's grace, we have reached the month of December after a very trying year. Praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy!

As we approach the celebration of our Lord's coming to earth as one of us, let us remember that all that we need is found in Him. No matter what lies ahead, our Lord has already prepared the way for us and will be with us. We have nothing to fear when we walk with Jesus.

I send you warm Christmas greetings from my family to yours. May 2021 draw you ever closer to our Lord and to the members of His Body!

__This month my first grandchild, Annamarie Joy, celebrates her 8th birthday! She is the joy of my heart! Happy Birthday, my precious Annamarie! Nonna loves you!

__I am making good progress on Book 2 in the Penelope Pumpernickel Series is titled Penelope Pumpernickel: Dynamic Detective.  Lord willing, this story will be released in the Spring of 2021.

The Dixie Randolph Series for Middle-Grade Readers

__Book 1 of The Dixie Randolph Series of Middle-Grade Books for 7-12-year-olds. I plan six books for this series, Lord willing. I am currently writing Book 1.

THE RECIPE RACK

Angel Hair Pasta Alfredo
(from the Kitchen of Dominic Diorio)

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Fettuccine Pasta

ALFREDO SAUCE
__1/4 cup Butter
__1 cup Heavy Cream
__1 clove Garlic, crushed
__1-1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
__1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:
__Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium low heat
__Add cream and simmer for five minutes.
__Add garlic and cheese.
__Whisk quickly, heating it through.
__Stir in parsley and pour over fettuccine.

Serves 4.  Enjoy!
