The subject of the sale is the distributional interest, namely the right to receive distributions, from a 48% membership interest in the Art Shay Archive Projects, LLC. That LLC owns an archive of photographs, prints, negatives, and slides all taken by noted photographer Art Shay from the 1950’s until his passing in 2018. Additionally, the archive materials include his writings, magazine articles, and other creative works of Mr. Shay’s.
