Classes start next week, June 14th. The schedule is tentative, I will add sessions if there is interest and adjust time slots if needed.

The class will place a strong emphasis on movement. Focusing on quality movements will allow for an effective response to the workout! We will blend together body weight, light resistance and our surroundings to allow for a #veryniceworkout. We will be using the park adjacent to the Kinplus Studio. There is limited parking in the rear of the studio, but plenty of street parking.
