Hey, I'm Ciara, a 14-year-old interested in how the combination of AI and VR/AR can create an innovative impact on the education system. I'm a part of a youth-accelerator program, TKS, that develops young people like myself to solve some of the world's biggest problems. I'm also the co-host of the TechnoGypsie podcast, a podcast that gives people the inspiration, knowledge and resources to impact the planet using STEM. When I'm not working on projects, you can find me playing basketball, reading a good book, learning about philosophy, or talking with friends. I also started my journey with veganism in May of 2021, so if you have any cool vegan recipes let me know!

January flew by so fast!!! I can't believe it's already the end of the month. This month has been filled with producing content, exploring new things, and lots of snow! Let's dive in to what the beginning of 2022 had in store for me.

This month Rachel and I released 4 podcast episodes this month!! One of those episodes was part of our Fast Friday series, which we have now decided to discontinue, but the others were filled with amazing content! In our first episode of the month we interviewed Elliot Roth founder of Spira Inc, a company that is making carbon negative products from algae. It was awesome talking about his experience with editing algae, DIY Bio and Entrepreneurship. We also made an episode with Matt Langione, partner at the Boston Consulting Group. We had a great time talking with Matt about quantum physics + computing and the future of quantum. In our last episode of the month we spoke with Luke Hurd, AR speaker and instructor that has experience working at many XR and design companies, a notable one being an instructor for Meta's Spark AR course. We had an awesome time talking all about all the different aspects of Augmented Reality.
