National Take Your Child to the Library Day

Saturday, February 5, 10am-11am

Bring your child to the library and enjoy a special story time, craft and a snack.

A variety of fun Take & Make Crafts will be available starting February 7th.

Rooster Story Time

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am.

Children up to age 6 will have fun learning nursery rhymes, finger plays, songs, and listening to music.

Marion (Chickasaw) Branch Events

Minecraft Escape Room

 February 21st.  

Grab your friends and family and race against the clock to escape the snowy tundra!

Age 10+

Groups of up to 6

Each participant must register individually.

Registration will open on the 1st of February

Lego Night

Lego night will be held on Thursday, February 17th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm

No age limit. 

Parental supervision required as some pieces are rather small. 

Lego night is held on the third Thursday of each month.

Family Night

Valentine's Day family night at the Marion Twp. Branch Library will be held on Tuesday, February 8th at 6:30 pm. 

A Valentine's Day craft is included. 

No pre-registration required.

Marion Twp. Branch Library will be hosting "Take Your Child to the Library Day" on Saturday, February 5th from 9:30 to 11:30 am.  Stop in for activities and crafts to do with your child.  No pre-registration needed--just drop in!

Blind Date With a Book

Start your February off with "Blind Date With a Book" at the Marion Twp. Branch Library.  Adults, during the month of February, check out one of our wrapped mystery date books.  Read the book, fill out the "Rate Your Date" slip and return it for a chance to win a gift certificate.

Tales to Tails

Saturday, February 5 at 10:00 am & Thursday, February 17 at 6:00 pm. 

Tales to Tails helps young readers build reading confidence without the pressure of peers or adults.

Have your child read to Eli the Golden Retriever, a certified service dog who loves listening to stories!
