Mother’s Day is a time to honor those women who nurtured us, whether they’re biological moms or women who chose to raise another woman’s child. For me, I will think of my own mother, who left this earth 25 years ago. I will also enjoy seeing my two sons—my life’s greatest accomplishment. Is anything sweeter to a mother’s ears than to be called “Mom” or “Mommy”?
