Today is a Cardio Day and I want you to start as you mean to go on... WORK HARD!
In your Day 1 module you will find 3 x 15 minute HIIT videos, so if you are following the program the way we'd like you to, please try to do these back to back today! There are 2 levels to the videos so please choose the right level for you.
If you are a Level 1 bootcamper, you can do the easier level on these videos, or as I suggested in the 4 week plan, you may prefer to do a 45-60 minute power walk or a basic cardio session like a swim, cycle or cross trainer session for example, it is up to you!
