Dear Merit Badge Counselors,
It's Renewal time for all Registered Merit Badge Counselors. Please fill out this Online Merit Badge Counselor Renewal Form and tell us whether you would like to continue as a Merit Badge Counselor. Several documents may be required for you to upload during the Merit Badge Counselor Online Renewal Process.
REQUIRED YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING:
All registered Merit Badge Counselors must complete the required Youth Protection Training (YPT) every two years. Training can be completed online at https://my.scouting.org/
You must be current in Youth Protection Training (YPT) or your application will not be processed.
ADDING ADDITIONAL MERIT BADGES TO YOUR PROFILE:
If you wish to add additional Merit Badges to your profile, you will need to complete and upload a copy of the Merit Badge Counselor Information Form (#34405). Download the form here to complete and upload during the Merit Badge Counselor Renewal Process.
