We’re looking for organizational partners for our research on men’s role in workplace gender equity.

In this research collaboration, we will assess your employees’ perceptions of diversity and inclusion. Over one year, we will send short surveys to your employees to learn about inclusion practices, well-being, and leadership (3 times, ±10 min).

What’s in it for you?

1. You will receive an executive summary with customized, practical recommendations from Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) experts.
2. You can add additional, customized items to the surveys (e.g., to assess aspect of engagement, flex-work/-time, relevant to your needs).
3. This is a unique opportunity to advance—and evaluate—your commitment to DE&I while also contributing to the newest scientific insights on the topic.

This research collaboration is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and is free of charge for you.

With cashorcrash.ch, an innovative financial tool, users can now for the first time calculate the long-term impact of their life decisions on their income and pension, depending on their education, salary and family situation.

Cash or Crash aims to empower women in particular to make self-determined and well-considered financial decisions in order to avoid poverty in old age and precarious income situations.

The future of Cash or Crash

The platform has only been released as a beta version and is therefore still relatively unknown. The project sponsor, the women's umbrella organisation Alliance F, is currently looking for more partners and additional funding for the second phase of the project. More than half of the necessary funding has already been secured thanks to a commitment from the Federal Office for Gender Equality.
