You have been through so much. Even though others are coping with more, that doesn't mean this isn't so hard right now. Everyone is dealing with it differently, and each moment can feel like a drastic shift. If you feel like your head is spinning, that's because you–all of us–are being asked to "act normal" in extraordinarily abnormal circumstances. And it just keeps going and going.
This isn't the kind of stuff that a positive attitude or a few minutes spent in meditation / yoga / talk therapy can fully meet. I'm not saying we shouldn't do these things–they are often very helpful!–but I am saying that we shouldn't feel like a failure if all of that doesn't feel like "enough." But YOU. You are enough, already. In the messiness, the confusion, the heartache. And you don't have to do a single thing more to be enough. This can all be so hard, and you can still be... enough.
