Fall Into Autumn
Big shout out to all of you who recently joined my newsletter and received a copy of my reader magnet, Mistletoe and Holly. If you've read it, I hope you enjoyed Chace's and Holly's story. It was actually my first ever publication as part of the limited edition Snow in Love novella collection published last October.
So, in the last newsletter, I wrote about the trees changing color. For those of you wondering, the leaves on the trees outside my window are still pretty green, however a few yellows are starting to peek through.
BIG NEWS this week! The second novel in my Blackwood Brothers Series is up for preorder (link below). This is Jack's story, a friends to lovers contemporary romance. I hope you'll consider checking it out.
October has arrived a little chillier here. Not too bad (no frost or anything yet), but the humidity has evaporated which is a relief. Still, fall isn't my favorite season. Though I'm not really sure which season is my favorite, it's definitely not fall. Can't really give you a reason why, but it's likely because my allergies seem worse in the fall (and I'm not sure why that is, either).
Along with suffering through allergy headaches, I'm not a pumpkin person. Oh, the actual pumpkins are fine, but I don't like pumpkin pie, therefore I don't indulge in all the pumpkin flavored extravaganza of treats that appear during this time of the year. Which really isn't fair because I think it's the texture of pumpkin pie that I don't like rather than the taste.
I'm also not a fan of the time change where the sun sets hear an hour earlier. But who really is? On the bright side, I do like fall colors and decorations. And I'm a big Halloween fan. Plus, October is a month full of birthdays in my family. In fact, as I write this today, it's my oldest niece's birthday. Happy Birthday, K.
All right, I better bring this to a close because I have lots of books from fellow authors and myself to share with you. Hope you find something you can curl up with a pumpkin flavored treat and enjoy.
As always, thank YOU so much for subscribing to my newsletter, and take care of YOU!
Peace and Love,
♥ Isabelle ♥
