~Personal Update~

Greetings everyone!

Goodness, where has the week gone?!

A Summer cold made its way through our family this past week and it was baby's first time getting sick, poor thing. Murphy's Law working well, as I mentioned in the previous week's newsletter! (By the way - have you ever tried one of those nasal aspirator gadgets? Dang they are disgusting yet effective! Bub wouldn't have slept through the night without it. Not sponsored at all - although if NeilMed wants to hit me up, I'm officially a believer 🙌

This week my VA and I continued updating the Corsetiere Map (almost 50 new corset makers added) so check it out below!

Later this month we're going on a road trip (unfortunately not to meet all the corsetieres in North America, although that would be amazing) - we're heading to Canada to visit family! I'm so excited for my relatives to meet the new little one (and quite honestly, will be grateful for the extra helping hands!).

On social media, the theme for August is "hacks" so join my Facebook if you'd like to get a refresher on different tips and tricks for rethreading your corsets in half the time, lacing up your corset easily, and fitting it flawlessly. 💖

Corsetiere Map Updated!

The corsetiere map has been updated with nearly 50 new makers (many who do historical reproduction work). In the coming weeks we'll be adding about 20 more makers - we're making great headway!

On social media I asked whether the current color coding system is okay (blue for those Lucy has reviewed, red for those Lucy hasn't tried, and yellow for medical/ therapeutic corsetry) or wherther I should color code them based on their specialty (e.g. historical, modern, luxury, waist training, etc) - but an issue arose being that many multitalented corsetieres have multiple specialties!

If you would like to weigh in or have an idea on how to improve the map going forward, feel free to hit "reply" on this email and let me know!
