Hello Friend,

I know I've been pretty much radio silent lately, and it's because I've been just sort of living with myself. I have basically not been single for over 20 years, and with Kash graduating and Wyatt spending the summer with his dad, it's like a whole new world!

I'm not dating and have no plans to do so anytime soon, so I will say it feels a little odd to be writing a romantic series! (It's a new project, and you'll be the first to hear about it when I've got my ducks in a row.) But it's also been therapeutic.

I've had plenty of highs this summer and plenty of lows, but truly I'm very content right now. And I have to say, contentment is underrated. We can't be happy all the time or on a constant dopamine high. It's too much pressure!

I'm going to go take a little walk around my garden and a big, deep breath. If you can, sneak away yourself and find a moment of quiet contentment. 💗
