【Registration】

Registration for New Students Starting on July 1st! Tuition Due Date for Current Students is July 1st! IMPORTANT

In order to encourage parents to participate and volunteer at school events, ECS will change the service points to 5 points per student for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Please refer to the ECS website for the fee schedule and registration guidelines .

● Tuition: $510 per student (3rd and subsequent children receive a 25% discount on tuition)

● 5 service points per student, 10 service points max per household (2+ students).

● Deadline: July 1st. A $50 late fee will be applied for tuition payment not received by 7/1/2024.

● Fill out the new student questionnaire when registering a new student.

【ECS Star Team】

ECS Star Team for Vocabulary Contest NEW

WMACS will host the Vocabulary Contest in October 2024. ECS Star Team is recruiting students with superior and excellent ratings to participate in the contest. Please refer to the Registration Form for more details.

● Registration Due Date: 7/14

● Training Time: 8pm Sundays via Zoom meeting during summer break, beginning on 7/7

【Activities】

End of Summer/Back to School BBQ Picnic is coming back!

Mark your calendars! End of Summer/Back to School BBQ Picnic is coming up! Join us for a day of bbq, and games. Meet your new teachers, and 2024 NVAECS School Board members & staff. We are seeking volunteers to help plan the event and day of help. Every volunteer will receive 3 service points for functions as planning committee, food, set up, clean up. Please email Activities if you are interested.

● Location: Burke Lake Park - Shelter C

● Date: 8/17/24

● Time: 11PM-4PM

● Cost: $8 /per person (includes ALL food, drinks, snacks), no charge for teachers
