Meet Cypress Veterinary Clinic

Cypress Veterinary Clinic is the result of a lifelong dream for Dr. Laura Johnson—rooted in a deep love for animals and a calling to provide compassionate, personalized veterinary care. A Landenberg native, Dr. Johnson has devoted more than 25 years to veterinary medicine. In the spring of 2022, she opened the doors to Cypress Veterinary Clinic in Kennett Square with the goal to provide compassionate vet care.

Join us for the first Third Thursday of the season on Thursday, May 15, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM for an evening of live music, outdoor dining, and family-friendly activities including face painting, balloon twisting, jazz music on State Street performed by Wayne James, adoptable dogs from Greenmore Farm and an action packed lineup for this month’s theme, Get Moving in May!

Stop by Carol Lesher Studio (Studio #58) this weekend to explore bold new work, meet the artist, and experience the energy of a working studio.

Kuzo Shredding Event

Kuzo Funeral Home in collaboration with Wiggins Shredding is holding a shredding event! There will be staff on site to assist with unloading items.

The Sunday Supper Show

May 18th

The Kennett Flash is proud to present The Sunday Supper Show featuring the Dale Melton Trio with Sam Nobles and Jonathan W. Whitney with a special dinner add-on from Portabellos.

The Trio brings a tasty sonic and rhythmic stew of New Orleans funk and soulful New York jazz blended with early rock, blues and bossa nova.

Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm.
