Dear Fall Fellowship Registered Candidate,

You are registered for Lodge 104’s Fall Fellowship event to be held Sept 19th. Note that there are several protocols in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. By registering for this event you have accepted the conditions to attend and agree to abide by the health and safety protocols that are in place.

No one is required to attend this event and you do so at your choosing. If you are not able to attend Fall Fellowship the please cancel your registration and receive a full refund please contact us at before September 8th. It is important that you inform the lodge if you are not able to go as this will affect our compliance planning.

Refund Request

Friday arrival is between 5 pm and 7 pm only. Please eat dinner before arriving. Upon arrival, your temperature will be checked and you will need to have with you your completed, printed pre-event health screening form. The form will need to be accessible within the car. No electronic versions will be accepted. No form, no admittance. Print this form and begin logging TODAY as this is day 1 of the 14 day logging. The form may be found at the button at the end of this email.

If the candidate is being brought to Camp by a Lodge member that is planning to attend the event, the member must be a designated staff member to remain at the event. If this person is not a designated staff member they will have to leave camp and return the next day for the member event. Only designated staff members and ordeal candidates will stay at camp overnight on Friday. Designated staff members will receive an email from Parker Morrissette asking inviting them to attend on Friday.

No one will be camping Saturday night so you will not need any camping gear. You need to bring:

  • Sleeping gear
  • Water bottle
  • Mask
  • Field Dress Uniform
  • Work Clothes

We will be limiting assemblies to groups of 50. Meals will be 'to go' fashion but note that we will not be allowing anyone to eat inside of the Grand Lodge or the Sullivan Center.

Masks are required and social distancing of at least 6 feet will be observed. Hand sanitizer will be available and its use encouraged.

The event will conclude Saturday at 8pm after Vigil Callout and everyone will exit camp. 7:45 pm is the suggested pick up time.
