I have to admit I've always been a little obsessed with Fry's Chocolate Cream. The smooth creamy fondant, surrounded by rich dark chocolate.. I sometimes eat a couple of squares after dinner with a cup of herbal tea. And a little secret - freezing it takes it to the next level!
