PS: While in Italy, I rented a car, drove on small Tuscan roads, rode a boat in Venice, and spent a night in San Marino (which is a different country). I had so much pizza and pasta but also polenta and meat and truffle and all of it was absolutely top level. Not looking forward to living off my own cooking now.
