So many of us are cycling through grief and rage as we mourn the murders in Buffalo, Laguna Woods, and Uvalde. I'm hoping you will allow whatever feelings you have - let the tears flow, accept and embrace your anger, and allow feelings of hopelessness to be what they are for now. We will be taking action soon - all of us together and individually. For now, if you have regular circle practice, it can be good to hold space for our young people to share what is on their minds.
