It's the end of Day 2 of the SELF-CARE bootcamp!

It's that lovely time of day where we want to encourage you to do less or calm things down!

Your 6 minute audio tonight talks about why it is so hard to switch off from technology and encourages you to spend the rest of the evening taking in LESS information and not being stimulated. For those who don't have a technology use issue, maybe your calming down is not being reactive to your to do list!
