Hello Friends-

"Welcome back to this week's episode of, "The Cre8tive Life"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and musings.

Is it just me, or does it feel like a big weight has been lifted this week?!? I know that the country and world are still very much on a heavy mend...but, if this past year has taught us nothing else, it is to definitely appreciate those moments of happiness when and where we can. And, this week, I genuinely felt a since of hope and promise in the midst of all the madness. I actually even turned on and watched the news for a bit (which is a pretty BIG deal for me these days). We still have a steep uphill battle to climb; but, it feels like we have compassionate, empathetic, principled adult leadership leading the country. And, that feels like such a blessing given these turbulent times. Anyway...I won't tarry too long here- but, I just wanted to express that little sentiment.

As always, I'm sending lots of love, hugs, and prayers to you all!!!

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Continued prayers that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy

(mentally & physically) out there 💗.

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Floccinaucinihilipilification (n): the action or habit of estimating something as worthless.

  • ADVICE: "Impossible is just an opinion." ~ Paulo Coelho

  • MOOD MUSIC: I've been keeping Nick Hakim's "I Don't Know" on repeat this week. It's just one of those songs you can just let play over and over...

  • QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION: My random new binge excitement has come from a show called, "Best Leftovers Ever." I never cease to be amazed by what the super talented cooks come up with!

  • LIFESTYLE TIP: If you're wanting to level up your energy, you might enjoy taking Yale's popular class "The Science of Well-Being," for free!

  • FEEL GOOD SHARE: I mean, who didn't feel the light and inspiration of this poem by Amanda Gorman? I feel like we all need to listen to it everyday.

I stumbled upon a similar quote to this, and modified the wording a bit to fit a sentiment that I hold deep and dear in my heart.

This week's challenge is:

Think of a small way you can be of help to someone else.

I will be taking a bit of a mini pause on my community activations as I gear up for some new projects that will taking up a lot more of my bandwidth. But, be on the lookout for some (very sporadic) events here and there. (As doing these events, and sharing in community really does bring me joy.)

And, if you haven't heard me say it lately, I want to thank you for your support and readership. It means a lot that you take time out of your day to take in my  little musings and life shares!

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
