Since 2018, New Jersey has been one of eleven “sanctuary states” that refuse to enforce federal immigration laws.
Last September, Dennis Levinson, Atlantic County’s Republican County Executive sent the Board of County Commissioners a resolution requesting that the New Jersey Legislature rescind that “sanctuary” status. This was after President Biden proposed housing 60,000 “migrants” at the Atlantic City International Airport last August.
Republican County Commissioner Jim Bertino introduced Levinson’s resolution at the commissioner meeting of October 3. However, not one other Republican commissioner offered a second. The resolution failed, without any discussion or debate.
After receiving much deserved criticism, several Republican commissioners apologized for the “misunderstanding”. They promised to correct it at their next meeting on October 17. However, they instead introduced and approved a different Resolution #585 that was even worse than doing nothing! This second resolution #585:
- Falsely denies that New Jersey is a “sanctuary state”. (Even the most radical “sanctuary” states allow law enforcement to arrest and prosecute illegals when they commit other crimes.)
- Does not oppose open borders or failure to enforce existing immigration laws. It only complains that the federal government has “no plan or effective policy to create humane conditions for people crossing the border” or money to pay for them.
- States that “the Atlantic County Board of Commissioners continues to support any and all people that continue to follow the United States system of immigration in their pursuit of achieving the American Dream”.

Above Video: “Some People Did Something”. Are immigrants like Ilhan Omar coming to America to “achieve the American Dream”? Or to make America as poor, violent, ignorant, and hateful as the socialist and militant Islamic countries they left?
This is the second time Atlantic County’s Republican commissioners failed to support most residents on a key issue. Last February, those same commissioners failed to adopt a resolution calling for a “moratorium” on ocean wind turbines.

We will pay a very high price to rebuild and replace this power plant. |

By Seth Grossman: "There was absolutely no need to destroy that plant in Marmora. Although it was originally built for coal and oil, South Jersey Gas tried to convert it to clean, cheap and abundant natural gas from Pennsylvania. Back in 2013, it applied for permits to build a 24 inch gas pipeline 22 miles to its existing natural pipeline in Millville. The new pipeline would have been buried under Route 49.
"Radical leftists and Democrats killed that project with five years of lies and dirty politics. They falsely claimed the new pipeline would poison water, cause fires, and threaten wildlife in the Pine Barrens. Every high school and college science teacher in New Jersey knew these were lies. Yet not one spoke up to tell the truth.
"We will pay a very high price to replace that power plant."

Israel Challenged By What U.S. Faced When We Fought Islamic State and Taliban |

"It is also critical to take account of the real mathematics of both war and extremism. The brutal reality of war is that it is the cumulative butcher’s bill that really counts – not the civilians killed or hurt in a given set of strikes. The wrong constraints on the use of airpower, UCAVs, and other forms of precision strikes mean much higher levels of cumulative damage and pain.
"This means the total damage to civilians will be far higher over time. Movements like the Islamic State can occupy and terrorize civilian areas for much longer periods. Rear areas become sanctuaries for extremism. The abuse of minorities and any civilians the Islamic State chooses to kill, torture, extort, and imprison is enabled. The quick and decisive use of force becomes more difficult; the length of battles, campaigns, and wars is extended; and the total number of civilians killed, wounded, refugees, internally displaced, and terrorized becomes much higher.
"No one likes this kind of math or coping with these realities. They are, however, the realities that shape the war we are fighting. They mean we need to explicitly face the grim trade-off between limiting the use of force and making it effective, and between one cause of civilian casualties and another. . . "

3. Israel or Palestine was ruined and mostly empty after the Jewish revolt of 132 A.D. The Arabs and Turks who later conquered the land did little to rebuild its cities or irrigation canals. The goats and camels of Arab nomads or Bedouins stripped the land of trees, vegetation, and topsoil. Once rich farmland became malaria-infested swamp or dry wilderness. Less than 10% of the previous population remained. Many were Jews.

Above Image: Tel Aviv in 1909 before these Jews began to build a city there. They were there to buy lots on this "worthless" land from local Bedouins at an open air auction.
4. Starting in the mid-1800s, Jews from Europe and elsewhere in the Middle East began moving back. They bought land from Arab and Turkish absentee owners who had no interest in living there. For the next 90 years, Jews rebuilt cities, roads, and irrigation canals. They drained swamps, watered deserts, and planted trees and crops. As Jews made the land prosperous again, thousands of Arabs from Egypt, Syria, and other nearby countries moved there.

5. After World War One, the British and French carved new nations out of the defeated Ottoman Empire. In 1920, they created Lebanon for persecuted Christians. In 1921, they divided the Turkish province of Palestine. Eastern or “Transjordan” Palestine became an Arab kingdom. Palestine west of the Jordan River was set aside for settlement by Jews. More Jews bought empty land and moved there. Their prosperity encouraged more Arabs to move there. By 1948, there were roughly one million Arabs, 600,000 Jews, and 160,000 Christians and Druze living in that part of Palestine.

Above Image: MyTake.Live provides links to news stories posted by America’s most widely read news outlets. Those outlets are displayed as either “On The Left”, “On The Right” or “In The MSN (Mainstream News).
It also lets you search news stories by topic. This lets you quickly see which media reports which news. You will be surprised to see that “On The Left” often reports news of great importance to conservatives that is NOT reported by media “On The Right”.
At the same time, outlets “On The Right” often report important news concerning Democrats that is NOT reported by media “On The Left”. Often media “On The Left” and “On The Right” both report important events NOT reported at all “In The MSN (Mainstream Media)"

Many conservatives now see just as much bias and propaganda in media “On The Right” as in Mainstream and “On The Left” media. During the past year, almost every major story or conversation on CNN or MSNBC TV presented positive news about President Biden and Democrats, and negative news about former President Trump and “MAGA” Republicans. Almost every story or conversation on Fox News or Newsmax TV reported good things about former President Trump and “MAGA” and “Establishment” Republicans and bad things about President Biden and Democrats. Events that did not support these narratives were usually not considered newsworthy and not reported. As a result, most Americans are completely unaware of many vitally important facts and events.
David Goloff, a Liberty and Prosperity Board member spent months preparing a program that makes it easy to see this bias in all three media groups. It is called MyTake.Live. We invite you to try it.
