I am SO pumped about this oil.  It's one of the foundational oils found in the EASY AIR/BREATHE respiratory blend that most of us know and love!  I can't wait to diffuse it!  Check out the diffuser blends below!

I feel like many people overlook the EMOTIONAL benefit of essential oils unless they are LOOKING for it.  I love that this is an oil that fuels, inspires and even instills confidence.  Ah, the limbic system is a beautiful thing!

YES.  This oil is SO grounding.  It does help with slowing the racing mind.  I know many people who use this for sleep on the bottoms of the feet or mixed in the diffuser with Lavender or Serenity.  Beautiful. Like Sandalwood,  it also makes for a great beard oil!  Ask my husband! lol!

I am going to be DOUSING myself and Jonas in this.  NO, not because WE need re-igniting, haha.  We're good!  But we are constantly in community and in situations where being social is required.  He's an introvert and I am an extroverted introvert.  So this is going to be put to good use.
