Come learn more about the evidence-based Compassion Cultivation Training© (CCT) program developed at Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruisum Research and Education (CCARE). Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about compassion training, participate in a sample meditation and exercise from CCT, and ask questions. This class is open to anyone interested in exploring the practice and power of cultivating compassion.
