  • Digi.me has launched a new health community. It's bringing together various lessons and engagements from across the health landscape to facilitate and help lead the conversation about the role of personal data in health. Join the conversation.

  • In Slovakia, a MyData pilot project is being implemented from June to September 2019. It will offer all citizens a possibility to exercise their GDPR-based right to own, control and use an electronic copy of all their government-held data. The goal of the pilot is to implement an approved "student status" record that helps students get their bank accounts, discounts for travel etc., as well as to confirm to employers that they are students. The solution is guaranteed by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatization in cooperation with digi.me.
Local Hub Meetups
  • Local Hub MyData Scotland will host a Summer Meetup, on Thursday, August 29th. Be sure to join the interesting discussions on topics such as Digital Circles of Care and Giving kids the tools to develop life long data assets. Meetup event here.

  • Local Hub MyData Silicon Valley follow up. Inspired by the successful meetup and a meeting with MyData Global board member/founder of personal data startup digi.me Julian Ranger, Johannes Ernst wrote a blog post The upside of sharing personal data, about the opportunities created by using more personal data in more places.

Next MyData Silicon Valley Meetup is on September 13th.
