Prayer Breakfast

Prayer breakfast is returning to Church. We will meet on Thursday 3^rd April at 9 am. All are welcome.

YMC Annual Report 2025

There's still plenty of time to submit your report for the Annual Report .. 

A report full of text only isn't as interesting as one illuminated by pics, so please send those too. You can either scan & email them, or lend me the originals by leaving them at Church in an envelope - I'll return them asap.

Action for Children

It is that time of year again. Please could those who support ACTION FOR CHILDREN (the Methodist Church's Charity), either by having a collecting box or by making an annual donation, let me have your box or your gift by the end of March if possible but by Easter at the latest. THANK YOU.

Where there's mud ... there's money (raised) !

A big THANK YOU from Peter and the Pinders to everyone who supported our Rombalds Stride walk. We collected over £300 enabling us to make generous donations to Cancer Research, Prostate Cancer, British Heart Foundation and to buy some bushes and plants to replenish the church garden.

We had a good day, and despite the wet, muddy conditions on Ilkley Moor all finished safe and sound. Some of us may even do it again next year! (Definitely not Liz though!)

Thanks again your support it was much appreciated.

Circuit News & Events Coming Up

Lent groups will be offered again this year. Led by Rev. Cameron there will be an evening group on Mondays at 7pm on Zoom (10th March - 14th April) and there will be an afternoon in-person group at Cornerstone Cafe, Menston on Tuesday afternoons at 2.30pm (11th March - 15th April). Circuit Retreat
On Thursday 27th March Rev. Cameron & Lucy Stirk and Rev. Shannon DeLaureal will be hosting another Circuit Retreat at Norwood Methodist Church from 10am-4pm. It is open to anyone and will be a time of space, quietness, creativity, fellowship and worship. The theme of the day is: 'The path of unknowing'.
There will be some input, but also plenty of time for people to walk, reflect, ponder and be creative. Please bring a packed lunch - we shall provide the drinks, soup and cake!
Suggested minimum donation of £10 for the day for Water Aid.
