The multicolored beacon which has blazed across First Avenue for so many decades is now dark. The marquee needs our help. It will take all of us! We the people are the owners and supporters of the Panida. Renewing yards of neon is expensive. The most complete bid is $42,000. That’s a lot. We can do it!

Main duties include:

• General office work
• Answering phones
• Managing emails
• Writing contracts with Board oversight
• Filing, organizing and upkeep of office and office documents
• Assisting and coordinating volunteers with projects and for events
• Scheduling events on yearly calendar
• Front of house organization for events including:
• Liaising with volunteer coordinator
• Liaising with concession committee for concession and beer and wine restocking
• Scheduling projectionist and janitorial services
