Note from Quisitive CEO Mike Reinhart
Last Monday, we announced our acquisition of Catapult Systems, a top-tier Microsoft solutions provider headquartered in Austin, Texas. I want to preview the value that Catapult brings to Quisitive and start to share our vision for their integration into our business.
The acquisition of Catapult aligns with Quisitive’s Global Cloud Solutions vision to become the premier, global Microsoft solutions provider for cloud innovation. The three-pronged acquisition strategy tied to that vision continues to be focused on acquiring companies that bring geographic expansion in North America, deeper Microsoft specialization, and first party IP or SaaS capabilities to help drive recurring revenue. The Catapult acquisition aligns to these strategies providing:
1. Geographic Expansion Across the US. Their United States locations across the South Central and East coast, plus employees across 30 states, brings forth US coverage expansion. Catapult has a strong and loyal customer base of 400+ that ranges from small business to Fortune 100 across the United States. 2. IP Capability. Catapult brings IP solutions bundled with managed services to expand Quisitive’s growing portfolio including two key platforms: Spyglass, a solution accelerator for managing security in a Microsoft environment, and Azure Management Services (AMS), a service for continuous optimization and management of Azure infrastructure for infrastructure, data, and applications, which includes proprietary monitoring and altering tools. 3. Microsoft Specialization. Catapult has comprehensive capability in Microsoft technologies. Their historic expertise in Digital Workplace (Microsoft 365) complements their current offerings in Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365. In addition, Catapult brings forth an established and robust Security practice. With 10 advanced specializations, Catapult is recognized by Microsoft and customers as a best-in-class IT services and solutions provider. I’m pleased to share that this acquisition has received an extremely positive reception from our customers and our partners at Microsoft. Chief Technology Officer of US Partners at Microsoft, David Totten recently joined me to discuss the future of Microsoft partners; I hope you’ll take the time to watch our brief interview.
