Last Saturday, two 8th Graders - Tykia and Cori - Facetimed with one another and wrote this week's circle  because they wanted to talk with their peers about toxic masculinity. The YouTube video includes a curse (in the context of a joke), so it is only recommended for secondary grade levels.

Tykia and Cori wrote their notes in iCloud notes and sent it to their math teacher. This is the dream with circles and restorative work in schools - that students write circles and feel excited enough to do it on a Saturday together! In spite of all the challenges of social media, it's great that young people learn concepts like toxic masculinity and want to talk about it!
