Vancouver, BC, May 17, 2021 - At age 7, actor Azriel Dalman, affectionately called 'Azi' by family and friends, has a work ethic surpassing that of most adults, and he has not let this pandemic slow him down for a moment. A prolific young performer, he is currently appearing in multiple major studio TV and film productions airing on many of the most popular networks and streaming platforms. Azi plays young Glen Gordon in his first Hallmark film Sweet Carolina with Lacey Chabert and Christine Chatelain airing this month, and has a Principal role as the son of Jana Kramer in the upcoming Lifetime film Soccer Mom Madam, scheduled to air on June 6th. In addition, Azi recently had a recurring role in several episodes of NBC's sci-fi hit series Debris (episodes #109 "Do You Know Icarus" & #110 "I Am Icarus") and voiced the soul character 'Neptune' in Pixar's short titled 22 Vs. Earth which aired on Disney+. Prior to that, Azi voiced one of the baby souls in the Academy Award-winning animated feature Soul.
Since January of this year, Azi has been filming Dragon Fruit, an independent sci-fi film produced by Jen Araki, Jess Rivers and Dylan Playfair (Letterkenny, The Mighty Ducks), directed by Jeremy Brown. He's also been busy recording the lead role of the bird 'Pipik' in a 26-episode cartoon for the Knowledge Network called Sweet Tweets, which will air in 2022. Another indie film in which Azi plays the lead is called Wormies, which is also scheduled for a 2022 release. In addition, Azi has a role in a major motion picture and two Netflix roles that will be coming out in the fall, details TBA. His past work includes numerous commercials and films, including a supporting role in the Lifetime Movie The Neighbor in the Window as the son of Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
