Two Useful Tools for Developing Your Activity Provision
The Birmingham city VCSE strength checker provides you with a quick and simple check of what you offer. It includes commercial areas such as how to borrow, where to make investments, and market opportunities.
The other tool from Charities Excellence Framework (CEF) is more interactive and gives a lot more depth and information relating to why you have the outcomes you have based on the type of organisation you are (scaling appropriately and is more tailored and less generic). CEF is also based on non for profits and has wealth of information on grants and funding opportunities.
