Hi ,

I love space exploration adventures. From The Expanse to Dune to The Martian Chronicles, I've enjoyed these stories as long as I can remember.

So I was very excited to learn that my author buddy Jason Werbeloff has a brand new space exploration novel with a fresh take on the genre.

Star Phase Exodus

In 2072, the Earth is dying. Our only hope is to reach for the stars.

We sacrifice everything to build the only interstellar colonization ship. We tear apart families. Deny hope to millions. All so an exceptional few, humanity’s greatest minds and purest hearts, can board her durantium hallways.

But not everyone wants us to reach our destination. And Nassas Duval, a hypochondriac off his meds, must stop them.

Jason's work is influenced by cyberpunk, his background in philosophy, and a great sense of humor. Over the summer, I enjoyed talking with him about the Netflix series Altered Carbon. Check out that video if you want to hear us nerd out over the show and cyberpunk genre tropes. It was a really fun conversation.

And if you're so inclined, you can grab your copy of Star Phase Exodus here.
