Right Track Africa (RTA), based in Kenya, has provided technical support in outcome mapping, situational analyses, monitoring and performance evaluation for research and development projects across the African continent for nearly 20 years.
As part of the STOP Spillover global consortium, RTA is leading the outcome mapping planning process and is supporting the monitoring of agreed outcomes and interventions related to stakeholder engagement in order to bring about sustainable social change.
“Taking the outcome mapping approach helps ensure that STOP Spillover’s priorities align with stakeholders’ goals,” said Julius Nyangaga, team leader at RTA.
You can read more here about how STOP Spillover is using outcome mapping, a participatory process that brings stakeholders together in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of interventions that lead to sustainable institutional change.
