46TH REGULAR SESSION OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 22 - MARCH 23, 2021
I have not seen activity in this session as yet in regards to the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture. Will keep everyone posted or if someone has news, please forward to us.
FOLLOW-UP - THE VICE DOCUMENTARY, "THE NIGHTMARE WORLD OF TARGETED INDIDIVUALS" IS NOW UP TO 3 MILLION VIEWS!
In the summer of 2017, our community received a call to appear in a documentary being produced by VICE Media Group about targeted individuals.
This near-mainstream platform has produced dozens of mini-documentaries about cultures and peoples in really far-flung places on earth and about topics not usually seen on TV. Hence, it was only a matter of time before they finally discovered targeted individuals.
This portrayal of our community, though slanted, still provides enough information to allow viewers to make up their own minds about the targeting phenomenon. And a quick perusal of the 21,000 comments reveals a variety of viewpoints, experiences and even consideration of the possibility that some people may somehow be targeted.
In the meantime, this program has racked up more than 3 million views on YouTube! Way more than any other program by far than we have running about our issues to my knowledge.
Of course the more viewers and people exposed to this information, the better for our cause.

Lauren Burch is new to our community, although perhaps not new to targeting. She has been experiencing severe targeting lately and appreciates the opportunity to share her story via Rev. Pinkney's radio show, which according to him reaches around 200,000+ listeners every week.
And many of his Sunday programs feature personal testimonies from targeted individuals, a cause which he has championed in response to his role as a Christian minister and a civil rights activist.

H. MICHAEL SWEENEY'S (TEMPORARY) FREE WILL HAVEN
Recently, I had reason to contact H. Michael Sweeney about a matter and was surprised to discover that he had developed an apparently happy group of RV'ers of around 10 TI's living in Westport, Washington.
He writes, "There are currently ten TI's living essentially targeting free here with me in a kind of temporary Free Will Haven, pending any future ability to purchase a rural farm/ranch for the Free Will Society's intentional community, to which we would caravan as a group.
More are intent on coming for the safety in numbers and the unique situation here which tends to deter traditional targeting methods, it seems. I could enumerate factors which seem in play, which I suppose includes the fact that I'm here with my skills and very professional TSCM countermeasures gear, capable of detecting/analyzing/documenting targeting signals in both the brainwave frequencies and as high as about 10Ghz.
The small local Police force here (Westport WA) have proven themselves understanding and helpful, and two Churches aid us, as well.
We need more Members and donations if a low-cost self-sustaining and truly defensible community is to be established."
