On 31 August, at a webinar co-hosted with INSSA, we were joined by Javeria Malik (INSSA), Shaun Bickley (Tricky Locations), Christina Wille (Insecurity Insight), Michael O'Neill (INSSA) and Tina Bolding and Stacy Guidera (Disaster Ready) to explore the journey of professionalisation in the NGO sector. ‘Organisations have a very important responsibility to provide training to all of their staff’ (Tina Bolding).
