Or, to those less fluent in Korean, Hello!

Welcome to the first February edition of the Atlantis Entertainment newsletter where you'll find a mixture of K-Pop and books. I am your MC, Ji Soo, and I will be guiding you through this month's fun.

The same thing I do every day, Pinky. Try to take over the world!

As you may have gathered, my newsletter went kaput, right before I wanted to send it last time, so I spent a fun week trying to get this up and running again. Turns out I prefer this one, but that was a week when no writing was really happening!

But I seem to be doing a lot of other things (outside of the day job). "The Girl Who Gave Him The Moon" released on the 1st (details coming up if you've missed them).

I also managed to finish the first book in my new Reverse Harem series, ONYX: TRUTH. (The title is a nod towards BTS, but completely fits with Onyx). This series is definitely much steamier than H3RO. Next time I should be able to provide you with a cover reveal - my amazing cover designer is working on it now and the proof looks AMAZEBALLS!

I can't wait to for you to join Onyx - Youngbin, Xiao, Jiwon, JongB, MinMin and CX - on their first ever world tour!

The other exciting news I can't go into too much detail with just yet, but I will definitely be co-writing a series with a very talented author (I have mentioned her before), AND it will be going in a boxed set, AND it will be a paranormal Reverse Harem. I'm excited. Are you excited?

Don't worry - I am half-way through Onyx 2, and I will be completing Onyx 3 before we start writing on that project. It's not set to release until October, but I will be able to share pre-order links soon!

The Girl Who Gave Him The Moon

Zodiac, Book 2

YA Contemporary Romance

Lucinda fell in love with a K-Pop idol. On the other side of the world, that idol fell in love with her.

All Lucinda ever wanted to do was dance. With only a couple of years before she graduates and can audition to Julliard, her dreams are leading her down a different path. With the opportunity to learn new styles of dancing, as well as see her boyfriend, Lucinda moved across the world to attend the SLA.

Lee Minhyuk, aka King, is caught up in a scandal which is threatening his career, and the only chance he has to salvage it is to be the ideal idol at Atlantis Entertainment. That means returning to the Seoul Leadership Academy and keeping a low profile, being a good student, and certainly no girls.

When the SLA joins in partnership with Atlantis Entertainment, the students are given an opportunity to audition and become idols. This is the second chance King needs to protect his future, but their relationship is the price that is needed.

Their relationship survived with 7,000 miles between them, but can it survive with King and Lucinda being at the same school?

The Zodiac series is a K-pop-infused YA romance series from the Atlantis Entertainment Universe, aimed at a younger audience, or those who enjoy a sweeter romance. Each book is designed to be read as a stand-alone, but for those who like an order:

Zodiac 1 β€“ The Idol Who Became Her World (Novella available now)
Zodiac 2 β€“ The Girl Who Gave Him The Moon
Zodiac 3 β€“ The Dancer Who Saved Her Soul (Available June 2019)

I've mentioned them in the last newsletter, so it seems fitting to mention here, especially as member Byungchan was my visual inspiration for King (Minhyuk) in the Zodiac series (albeit without the orange hair).

VICTON were introduced to the world through a reality TV show. Unlike No.Mercy (the show Monsta X debuted from), this wasn't a competition, so much as a 'follow these members to debut'.

You may not be surprised to learn that VICTON is an acronym because, well... K-Pop. What you will possibly have an interesting time with is what that acronym is...

Voice to New World

The fandom is ALICE (also an acronym: Always We Love the VoICE)

(Left to Right): Byungchan, Seungsik, Sejun, Hanse, Chan, Subin, and our leader, Seungwoo.

My song choice is "Remember Me"
