Dear Friends,

March is drawing to a close and Spring is definitely in the air here in Scotland. The days are noticeably longer and we’ve moved the clocks ahead. The warmer weather and longer days reflect the optimism we share as we see God’s goodness continue to shine in the lives of believers around us.

Lisa and I have something new to share with you. But first we would like to tell you a bit about what God is doing in the Bible college here.

Online Student Ministry

As we’ve shared in previous newsletters, one good thing to come out of the extended periods of COVID lockdown we’ve experienced over the past year is our increased ability to minister to others online via technology.

This past weekend we produced the main teaching content for Resurrection Sunday celebrations for two churches we partner with for our student missions trips. We used the same setup that we use for our live stream Bible studies to record our students sharing testimonies and teachings about the ways the resurrection of Jesus has impacted them personally.

Our students have experienced first hand the truth that the Holy Spirit is not at all restricted by time and space. He continues to impact lives through our live teaching and ministry times with the students, as well as through pre-recorded video ministry. God is so much bigger and more eager to bless people than we often appreciate!

Daily Reflections Book Now Available!!

As you likely know, we send out an email devotional called Daily Reflections to thousands of subscribers. In fact, we just had the third anniversary of that devotional on March 8th. (You can subscribe to those devotional emails here.)

This month we are pleased to announce that we have compiled an entire year’s worth of those devotionals into book form! Now you can get our encouraging and uplifting Daily Reflections devotionals in either eBook or paperback format.

Lisa and I would like to extend a special thank you to all our ministry partners. We would not be seeing the amazing things God is doing in and through the lives of the students at Charis Dumfries without your faithful support.

In our last newsletter we told you about bringing some of our second year students on campus one at a time to record testimonies that we shared with some churches here in the UK. And above we shared that God is ministering to hearts through our use of technology with our students.

We are thrilled to be able to share an example of the Holy Spirit power reaching powerfully through technology to transform a life. One of the pastors who shared those videos with his congregation told us that a man was born again as a direct result to one of those student testimonies we recorded last month!

God’s goodness continues to draw people to repentance, even during these challenging times.

Everyone who partners with NewCREEations gets to share in the reward of the fruit of that transformed life. That’s the way it works in the Kingdom of God. The ones who help with the supplies get an equal share with those who go into battle.

"The share of the one who goes into battle is to be the same as the share of the one who remains with the supplies. They will share equally.” And it has been so from that day forward.
