Can you belive that tomorrow starts the last month of 2020? What an interesting year it's been. Understatement of the year right?

Though this year has been hard in so many ways, I think what we can agree on is that it's been a year of lessons and growth in ways that we never thought possible. It's not always comfortable, but I bet it was needed in all of our lives.

I am thankful that Mountain Harmony was there to support you during this trying, and I am deeply grateful that through your support we are still here.

5-Week Wednesday Hatha Yoga Series

3-Week Beginner Yoga Series

2020 is almost to a close. For most of us, it has been one of the harder years of life. Spend the last month of this year giving yourself the gift of rest in the comfort of your home.

A low and slow start to class, followed by restorative postures, and ending with a joyful mediation. Come ready to relax.
