Salon58 proudly announces the Audience choice award for its 2019 season: out of the 12 artists on the program, it is the author-poet-slamer Marjolaine Beauchamp, whom visited us in May 2019, who most touched our audience. This special mention is accompanied by a $500 grant offered by Salon58. Congratulations to Marjolaine and thanks to the public for being there!

Regards Hybrides and the Centre de Création Diffusion de Gaspé invite you to a night of screendance under the stars, in Gaspé on September 19 at 7 p.m. The screening will be preceded by a performance from artist Clara Furey who will be ending her creative residency at the centre.

Under the theme “screendance and landscapes”, this series of choreographic short films takes us to Scotland, France, India and Canada, with images encouraging us to rethink the landscape in communion with the dancing bodies.
