How to Get Your Mojo Back and Sustain It
These are unprecedented times.

It requires a fantastic amount of self-care to keep grounded enough to take consistent action and believe that the actions taken will have a positive effect.

How does one keep going amid all the stress?

Step #1: Self-Care on Steroids

The more intense the situation you are in, the more your mind, body, and soul require care. Increase your rest, be stricter on eating those veggies and avoiding those doughnuts, and exercise to pump that stress out of you. Your body needs the rest, the fuel, and the release of the built-up frustrations.

If you are dealing with clinical or chronic depression, seek help. Now is not the time to lurk around and not get what you need to cope with what is coming your way.

Step #2: Hone-in on Strategy

After taking care of the crucial basics, it’s time to become strategic on the most essential activity for your business and your life. (Sometimes personal issues require the primary attention, and that is okay.)

If you know what the most important activities are, do them. Track your efforts and hold yourself accountable.

If you are a bit lost on which direction to go, you might need to explore your values and what is the most important thing to you.

Step #3: Uncover Your Top Three Values and Implement Them in Your Business

Don't get caught up in what you think you should value (family, God, etc.). For the sake of this article, I'm assuming those values are already integrated into your life.

The values we are talking about are those you need in your business to be at your best. Working with hundreds of business owners and entrepreneurs, I have found that knowing and honoring your top three values in your business is critical. Awareness of these values, and keeping them prominent in your business will increase your satisfaction in your work life, success, and ability to maintain your mojo with consistent action.

(If you need more help with this, email me, and I will send you a value worksheet to help you determine your top three values.)

Step #4: Implement Your Strategy and Values into a 90 Day Project

When you are clear on your values, it is time to access your strategy. Look through the lens of making sure you are honoring your values in every strategic project you plan to do. If your strategy isn't in alignment with your top three values, you will hit gridlock. For the best potential for success with your 90-Day Project, be in alignment with your values.

It doesn't matter how good a strategy you have for your business. If it is not aligned with what you really care about, it will hit turbulence.

When you match up self-care with strategy and values, you have a higher probability of gaining momentum. This produces results because you are getting out of your own way and plugging into your mojo.

If you would like a worksheet on finding your Top Three Values, shoot me an email, and I will send you the Top Three Values Worksheet.
