Dear Parents, Carers and Members,
Welcome to our second bulletin for 2021.
As we all readjust to our third national lockdown, we hope you have all you need to keep safe and well.
We want to remind you that we are still here if you need us. With that in mind, we would like to identify what information would be most helpful to you going forward. We are currently planning an alternative online annual event and we would like to hear your views about the workshops/information you would like. Link
We are also coproducing the Ready, Steady, Goal programme with Nottingham City Council and hope to include this as part of our 2 week online offer of informative workshops/webinars in March.
The following briefing from the National Network of Parent Carer Forums has some helpful information regarding school closures, social care support and other important points.

Rainbow PCF's Lockdown Offer
For those families who are in need during this time we can offer the following:
1. Outreach support for walks/exercise for 1 family/bubble at a time around the city/county parks.
2. Support/play sessions at Beeston Youth and Community Centre (1 to 2 hours). These sessions can be on days and times to suit families where practical and subject to risk assessments; a review of the regulations; and staff availability.
3. We may also be able support families who are struggling with food shopping and are reliant on foodbanks. Please contact us for more details.
If there are any other ways that we may be able to support during this lockdown, please get in touch either by email or the office landline and mobile.
