In the heart of GDi's culture lies a distinct and eagerly anticipated event known as "Meraki." An annual offsite that transcends the boundaries of a typical company gathering, this Meraki was a four-day gathering that invigorates, educates, and fosters collaboration among the diverse team members of GDi.
Meraki is more than just a mere event; it is a celebration of innovation, a convergence of like-minded individuals, and a testament to GDi's commitment to excellence in the development sector. As team members from different project locations gather, Meraki transforms into a melting pot of ideas, experiences, and aspirations.
In addition to different teams coming together to speak about their work with the highest conviction, we witnessed two incredible sessions by Mr Vineet Nayar, Indian business executive, author, and philanthropist , and Mr Mohit Anand, principal product manager at Microsoft.
Absorbing the ideas and inspiration emanating from these brilliant minds has instilled our team with a profound sense of motivation and a fervent desire to make a meaningful impact on the development sector through our endeavors at GDi.
With this Meraki coming to an end, the GDi team came out to be deeply inspired and energized to strongly embark the journey of #nationbuilding
