Are you practicing self-care? If not, I can help.

Hi there,

I’m dropping into your mailbox today to let you in on something special. Throughout May, I'm hosting 31 Days of Seeking Self-Care on Instagram, @myconcretedove, and I’d love it if you joined.

I'll post a caption, story, or reel about different types of self-care every day. And there are already a couple of articles on the blog, too. Let me know how you're doing.

You already know I have a soft spot for family caregivers, but guess what? Self-care isn’t only for family caregivers. It’s for anyone who has forgotten to put their name on the “to-do” list.

It’s true!

So, you’re invited, even if you aren’t a caregiver. If you’re overloaded and overworked, busy on the job, taking care of kids and/or other family members (hello Sandwich Generation), and can’t remember when you did something to nurture your well-being, then this is for you, too.

Come on, sandwich generation, I know you’re out there. We need this!

Please join me in May for a month of thoughtful discovery of self-care activities that work for you and that you can fit into your already busy life.

There is a method to my madness (31 DAYS!), I promise.

The goal is to form a self-care habit. Something you’ll continue to practice and refine for yourself long after our 31 days together.

Download it and put it where you'll see it every day. The calendar makes it easier to track your progress. You can even put a star on what works for you!

Everyone needs self-care, and making self-care a habit can provide that much-needed respite you deserve. We also need self-care from head to toe, so you’ll find self-care activities for the mind, body, and spirit.

Isn’t it time to focus on taking care of yourself?

If not now, when?

Don't forget to add me to your contacts. Doing so ensures accurate delivery. Thanks!
