Now that you've had a moment of stillness (if you chose to listen to the recording above), you may want to engage in inquiry, the second wing of waking up. To support your reflection, here is a Caravan scale:
What would an extraordinary life be for you? What examples of extraordinary lives can you give? How would you recognize your extraordinary life?
If you'd like to go deeper with this inquiry, here are a few steps you can take:
1) have a pen and paper handy
2) read the scale
3) listen to the 'Entering Stillness' practice above
4) read the scale again and let yourself form an answer from a non-thinking place
5) write down your answer
6) return to the question again or bring it with you throughout the day! It will continue to percolate...
In a later edition, we'll tell you why this works!! (hint: it has something to do with neuropathways and neurochemistry).
