Best Sellers September

Top position for September and new to the Best Seller list was Sally Rooney’s “Beautiful World Where Are You” selling 4,307 copies. Liane Moriarty’s “Apples Never Fall” recently published in August 2021 was second with 3,423 sales.

Sarah Winman’s, “Still Life” dropped one place to third with 974 sales (-137).

We are starting to see a lot more red inc but despite this AU is still up 10.9% Year To Date and NZ 14.8%. NZ and AU and now learning to live with covid and so hopefully out of such a yoyo situation.

• New Zealand: -33.67% / -31.25%

Development in September

In September we jumped into the R6 upgrade with most devs doing something on it.

We worked on the web pos and now are close to a MVP (Minimum Viable Product). If you would like to test pos on a phone let support know.

Work on the group/association sites and Circle gift card continued. We made improvements to the website, Xero, accounts payable, stocktake and the CSV file loader.

With lockdowns in NZ and AU the pressure is on to make changes to c&c payments. We have looked into this but none for the options are simple. The plan we have opted for is to add the option to require prepayment on c&c but a rewrite of the payment module if required for this. When we have cleared a couple of the things we are working on we can start.

Tyro Deal
