Lockdown sucks, we are all in agreement, right?
It means we can't welcome you to our Sydney or Melbourne showrooms to view a watch. But we can bring the watch to you, virtually of course!
If you are interested in a specific watch we will send you a short video to give you a better idea of its condition - how it looks on the wrist and from all angles. We realise it is not the same as in-person, but we want to make the online buying process as painless as possible.
Simply:
- Send us an email to: admin@zaeger.com.au with details of the watch you are interested in.
or
- Call us on 1300 923 437 and let us know which watch you want a video clip of.
We are also making it easy to return a watch if you need to, with free return shipping. Just package it up in the original box, and we will email you a label to attach. The courier will then pick it up at time that suits you. Just be sure it is unworn, in the exact condition we sent it in - and we ask you to do this within 7 days.
