October 15-21 is National Friends of the Library Week! Join us for the Annual Friends of the Tazewell County Public Library Meeting on Thursday, October 19 at 6:00pm and find out how you can become a member today. National Novel Writing Month

Have you ever wanted to write a novel? Now is your chance! NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month and the goal is to write 50,000 words in one month!!!! Don’t think you can do it. YOU CAN!!!!

Fall Children's Programs

Fall programs have started at Tazewell County Public Library. Bring your kids to Story Time, Lego Club, Mother Goose and more! Tween Tech & Games and Readers’ Theater offer engaging and creative experiences for kids 8 & up. Teen volunteer opportunities are open to kids age 12 & up. International Games Day

On Saturday, November 4th between 9am - 5pm, the Tazewell Library will be hosting a variety of events on International Game Day, including a chess tournament and a Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament. Call the library for additional details. Learn More

Computer Classes

The Tazewell Main Library offers computer classes every Tuesday and Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. We teach a variety of classes, including Microsoft Word Basics, Introduction to Computers, & How to Make a Gmail Account.
