It is my policy to respect your privacy regarding any information I may collect while operating my website and my business as an author. I will not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect my rights.

Why I Collect It and How I Use Information
I use information about you:

• To communicate with you about new book releases, promotions, free books, giveaways, and other marketing content.
• To administer contests, ARCs, surveys, and other features.
• To administer our newsletter.

Sharing Information
I do not sell, trade, or transfer my users’ private personal information.

Third Party Data Processors

MailerLite
I use MailerLite to manage my email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to my subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which will securely process your data using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my newsletter. Data held shows the name and email address you entered in the sign-up form when you signed-up to receive my newsletter, the date and time you signed up, and the IP address you signed up from. And IP address is a unique number that identifies a device connected to the Internet and its approximate physical location (to a town and country level, not your actual street address). As well they hold ongoing information noting which of my newsletters you opened and which of my newsletter links you have clicked. You can unsubscribe from my newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter, or using the “send email” link at the end of this privacy policy. On request, all personal data can be removed from the database. Information collected about subscribers is not shared or passed on to any other third parties without your express consent.

I will only collect and use your Personal Data where:

• On request, you can see what Personal Data I hold about you (if any), including why I am holding it and who it could be disclosed to; ask me to change/correct your Personal Data; ask me to delete your Personal Data;  object to the processing of your Personal Data; ask me to restrict the processing of your Personal Data.

• I am committed to conducting my business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. I may change this privacy policy from time to time to comply with all applicable privacy laws.
